Shipping to BC
- With purchases over $55 we offer free one-day shipping .
- With purchases over $100 we offer free same day delivery in BC

- With purchases over $55 we offer free one-day shipping .

Shipping to all other provinces within Canada
- With purchases over $55 we offer free Ground shipping.
- With purchases over $150 we offer free One-day shipping
- For heavier items such as the Dolls, Ground shipping will be automatically selected regardless. Free Shipping!
What is the daily cut off time for orders?
All orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped out the same day. Depending on the shipping service you have chosen, the estimated time for delivery will be 1-5 business days.

For Vancouver same day delivery, orders will need to be placed before 1pm of the same day.
​
Orders after 12pm PST on Friday, will be sent out on Monday.
Local Pick Up

Orders placed before 12pm on the day of will be eligible for pick up.
​
Pickup time - Monday to Friday from 10am - 3pm
Please specify time at checkout "Add a Note".
Tracking Number
Tracking number will be provided to you via mail once order is processed. You would receive a tracking number either UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post.
To track your order, please select the appropriate shipping courier link and enter your tracking number.

- With purchases over $125CAD we offer free Standard shipping.

How Do We Package Our Orders?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. With the discreet packaging, the only person getting excited by the delivery is you.
All products will be shipped in a brown cardboard box to ensure discreetness. If being discreet is your top priority, then it is also our top priority.
The shipping label will simply say Customer Service to ensure privacy.
