Return / Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of the products, unless products are defective from the manufacturer, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges for the safety and well-being of our customers.

 

Any items that will come into contact with any body parts or fluids of any kind are considered non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Items will be considered used once it leaves our warehouses. 

 

That includes, but are not limited to:

 

  • Dildos and Vibrators

  • Sex Dolls

  • Lubes, oil, any consumable products

 

Defective items

 

If the item is found to be defective, please contact us at info@blissinc.ca. Upon review, we will then provide an exchange for the merchandise.

Please include in the email, your name and order number (can be found on the invoice), and a description on the defective issue. 

We will then reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number which you will have to print and include inside the box along with the product.

REMINDER: Do NOT return order without a copy of the RMA email inside the box and all the original parts and packaging included. Otherwise the return will not be processed.  

​

NOTE: Customer will have to pay for their own return postage fees.

 

Once the product is processed and received, we will send out a replacement unit free of charge.
