How will the product(s) be packaged?

All products will be shipped with a brown cardboard box. The shipping label will simple say "From: Customer Service". This is to ensure privacy for those that want their orders shipped discreetly.

What will show up on my bill?

As we can not control what your bank shows on your bank statement. But, transaction through Bliss Inc. Canada, should simply show " Customer Service".

How to cancel or change address to my order?

There are no cancellations allowed and no changes can be made to your order as shipments are processed immediately. This is to ensure that we are able to commit to the delivery timeline as stated above.

How do I place an order?

For Shipping:

Once you have selected the product(s) on our store website, click Add to Shopping Cart. Then proceed to Check Out and fill in the required information. You can then choose the suitable shipping and payment methods. Once an order is placed successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.

For Pick Up (ONLY AVAILBLE AT OUR WAREHOUSE IN SURREY, BC):

Please place your order with us directly through the Let's Chat button and we will arrange a time for pickup.

Do we accept e-transfer payments?

Yes, we do accept e-transfer payments as a convenient and secure method of payment. To make a payment via e-transfer, please contact us directly by chat or email at info@blissinc.ca. In your message, kindly include the details of the product(s) you are interested in purchasing. Our team will then send you an invoice with the total amount and instructions on how to complete the e-transfer. Once the payment is successfully processed, your order will be promptly shipped out to you

Do we only offer other options than shipping?

We provide a pick up option at our warehouse in Surrey, BC during a certain time period each day. If you wish to pick up your order, please order directly with us through the Let's Chat button on our website. 

Do we have a physical store?

No, we are strictly an eCommerce business, all our products are shipped out on a daily basis, excluding weekends. Orders placed after 12 pm PST on Friday, will be shipped out on Monday.
